Each person who intends to drive the car, however, must present a valid driver’s license on the day the car is picked up. If all drivers are unable to be present on the day of pick-up, a copy of their driver’s license (both sides) and passport must be prepared and submitted in advance.

Each driver must bring a valid driver’s license, national ID / passport, and a valid form of payment. All of these documents must be turned in on the day the car is picked up. Please pay using an affiliated credit card. In addition to your driver’s license, you must submit an item of identification (copies are acceptable) if you wish to pay in cash.

It is required to return a rented vehicle in the same state that it was picked up, together with all the paperwork and extras that were provided at the time of the rental. So, the vehicle needs to be turned over with a full tank.

The rental car business must be contacted and informed right away if you are in an accident with a rented vehicle.
Then, you must give the company representatives the amicable decision or the police statement attesting to the circumstances of the accident and the parties involved.
